“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new."   Albert Einstein

Activities for the gifted students are developed using various theoretical models for gifted instruction, combined with the general curriculum needs as supported by research, and the individual needs of identified gifted students participating in the program.

By knowing, understanding, and appreciating each individual student’s talent and character, the Alpha program works hand in hand to share the gift of knowledge through exploration discovery, and creativity.  Through this awareness, each student will be guided through a differentiated and enhanced curriculum that will challenge them to reach their full potential.

Project learning is a dynamic approach to teaching in which students explore real-world problems and challenges. With this type of active and engaged learning, students are inspired to obtain a deeper knowledge of the subjects they're studying.
